Weekly prizes to celebrate progress

Instruction & Support packets will be available April 14th - April 18th in reception at Meadow Hills Veterinary Center.

Bring your pet in April 14th - 18th for beginning weigh-in, take a "before" picture, and receive your packet.

Continue to chart progress at home or feel free to come in and weigh so your pet can receive weekly "Atta" boy/girl prizes!

Come in July 7th-11th to record ending weight. Then submit your story and let us take a stunning "after" picture.
- Prize winners (1 each from canine and feline categories) will receive a 6-month supply of Hills/Science Diet, and a professional photograph of their pet to be displayed in our lobby as inspiration.

To be eligible for the Grand Prize, please submit 100 words or less on how you incorporated nutrition, exercise and play with your pet to make healthy weight loss successful as well as how you intend to use what you have learned for future pet health.
